Deluxe king room is functional, has a modern bathroom. The breakfast is excellent with quite many varieties and the location is amazing.

I had an a nice size room with comfortable bed and an individual safe, central heating and a work desk. The breakfast had a good choice of food, including fresh toast and hot waffles. The staff were professional 

The room with comfortable beds. Our hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable location close to subway to visit other iconic locations.

The location was marvellous for Paris, just next door to many attractions, a quiet neighbourhood of several boutique hotels and restaurants, bars and theatres. In a hurry we visited Mersea Faubourg Montmartre nearby.  

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Hotel D'Espagne. Our room, though small, had all the necessary amenities, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the waffles. we highly recommend this

The hotel's location is fantastic and the staff are useful. As we remember, there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Le Brebant, set within 5 minutes walk or so.
